Coordination and Documentation:

- Ensure limit creation and disbursal within timelines.
- Introduce customers to branch officials for account operations.
Post-Sanction Monitoring and Handover:
- Monitor post-sanction activities for the first year and until the next renewal.
- Hand over files to the Service RM after the first renewal.
Cross-Selling and Upselling:
- Achieve cross-sell, upsell, and forex targets.
- Conduct at least 4 new customer visits daily and visit mapped branches twice monthly.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with sanction terms and conditions.
- Verify stocks, units, and business performance post-sanction.
- Maintain portfolio quality without delinquencies.
Compensation
