Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years at a supervisory level in construction/civil works in a government organization, railways, PSUs, or metro organizations.
- Pay Scale Eligibility:
- CDA Pay Scale: Level-6 (Rs. 35,400–1,12,400) or pre-revised GP Rs. 4,200.
- IDA Pay Scale: Rs. 37,000–1,15,000 or Rs. 40,000–1,25,000.
- Other Requirements: Candidates must be free from D&AR and vigilance issues. Those currently employed must opt for retirement (e.g., through VRS) before joining DMRC.
Job Description and Location
The selected candidates will be responsible for managing civil and construction works for the MMI unit and supporting the operation and maintenance of DMRC projects. They may be posted at any DMRC office or project site in India or abroad.
Pay and Emoluments
The consolidated salary for selected candidates is as follows:

Selection Process
The selection process includes:
- Personal Interview: To assess knowledge, skills, comprehension, aptitude, and physical fitness.
- Medical Fitness Examination: Candidates must meet the Aye-one (A-1) or Aye-three (A-3) medical category standards.
Candidates who fail the medical test will not be offered alternative employment.
