Job Profile
Attendant
- Assist the Director and staff with subordinate tasks for smooth functioning of daily activities.
- Maintain cleanliness of premises, including office, classrooms, dormitory, bathrooms, filing cabinets, and visitors’ lounge.
- File documents as directed by the Office Assistant, Faculty, or Director.
- Visit bank branches for tasks like passbook updates, as instructed by the Director.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Director.
Watchmen cum Gardener
- Ensure security (watch and ward) of the premises.
- Perform gardening and maintenance tasks to upkeep the premises.
- Assist with attendant duties when required.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Director.
Contract Details
- Duration: 1-year contract, renewable based on performance and bank policies.
- Salary:
- Attendant: Rs. 8,000/- per month (fixed, no additional allowances).
- Watchmen cum Gardener: Rs. 6,000/- per month (fixed, no additional allowances).
- Leave: 15 days per year, with a maximum of 2 days per month.
- Renewal Conditions:
- Submit Performance Appraisal to the Regional Manager one month before contract expiry.
- Renewal is subject to a minimum “B” grade for the RSETI Centre, as per Government of India parameters.
