Eligibility Criteria
Manager/ Legal (E-3)
- Qualification: Full-time LLB with ≥60% marks from a recognized Institute/University.
- Age Limit: Maximum 37 years as of 01.05.2025 (relaxations as per Govt. guidelines).
- Experience:
- PSU/Govt.: 5 years total experience, currently in ₹60,000-₹1,80,000 (IDA)/Level 9 (CDA) or 2 years in ₹50,000-₹1,60,000 (IDA)/Level 7 (CDA).
- Public Sector Bank/Other Govt.: 5 years experience accade, CTC ≥₹16 Lakhs p.a.
- Private Sector: 5 years experience with Bar Council of India registration.
- Nature of Experience: Experience as a Law Officer/Legal Executive in construction/infrastructure, handling litigation, arbitration (NCLT, MSEFC), drafting agreements, bonds, affidavits, and risk assessment in tender documents. Service matters and computer proficiency are advantageous.
Deputy Manager/ Legal (E-2)
- Qualification: Full-time LLB or 5-year integrated LLB with ≥60% marks from a recognized Institute/University.
- Age Limit: Maximum 33 years as of 01.05.2025 (relaxations as per Govt. guidelines).
- Experience:
- PSU/Govt.: 2 years total experience, currently in ₹50,000-₹1,60,000 (IDA)/Level 7 (CDA) or 2 years in ₹40,000-₹1,40,000 (IDA)/Level 6 (CDA).
- Public Sector Bank/Other Govt.: 2 years experience, CTC ≥₹12 Lakhs p.a.
- Private Sector: 2 years experience with Bar Council of India registration.
- Nature of Experience: Similar to Manager, including litigation, arbitration, drafting, and tender document risk assessment. Service matters and computer proficiency are advantageous.
Assistant Manager/ Legal
- Qualification: Full Time LLB with not less than 60% marks from recognized Institute/ University 0r LLB (5 years integrated full time degree) with not less than 60% marks from recognized Institute/ University.
- Age Limit: 30 years.
- Nature of Experience: Preferably having experience as law officer / Legal Executive with exposure in Construction / Infrastructure related matters. The candidate having experience in litigation, Arbitration matter before NCLT & MSEFC and have experience in drafting / finalizing & vetting different types of documents like pleading agreement, bond, undertaking affidavits etc., would be preferred. Computer proficiency would be and added advantage.
