As per Notification No. 880 dated May 05, 2025, the bank is recruiting for CEO-cum-Manager and Accountant positions on a contractual basis across 77 FPOs in various districts of Bihar. This recruitment is part of the Government of India’s Central Sector Scheme (CSS) for the formation and promotion of FPOs, aimed at empowering small and marginal farmers.

Eligibility Criteria
1. CEO-cum-Manager
- Vacancies: 77 (One per FPO)
- Educational Qualifications:
- Mandatory: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution/university.
- Preferential: Degree/Diploma in Agriculture, Agriculture Marketing, Agri-Business Management, Cooperative Management, Business Administration, or Financial Management.
- Other Desirables:
- Permanent resident of preferred districts.
- Proficiency in the local language and English.
- Prior experience in FPO/Cooperative/Food Processing sectors.
- Proficiency in driving a two-wheeler.
- Salary: Rs. 25,000/- per month
- Tenure: 1-year contract, renewable based on performance.
- Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as of January 01, 2025.
2. Accountant
- Vacancies: 77 (One per FPO)
- Educational Qualifications:
- Mandatory: 10+2 with Mathematics, Commerce, or Accountancy from a recognized board/institution.
- Preferential: Graduation in Commerce or Accountancy.
- Other Desirables:
- Permanent resident of preferred districts.
- Proficiency in Tally software.
- Proficiency in the local language and English.
- Prior experience in FPO/Cooperative/Food Processing sectors.
- Proficiency in driving a two-wheeler.
- Salary: Rs. 10,000/- per month
- Tenure: 1-year contract, renewable based on performance.
- Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as of January 01, 2025.
Selection Process
The selection will be based on a Personal Interview. Approximately three times the number of vacancies will be shortlisted for the interview.
