Role and Responsibilities
As a DPRM - Trainee (Sales), you will be responsible for:
- Developing strategies for cross-selling and upselling financial products and services to generate brokerage.
- Facilitating the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient setup of accounts and services.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and concerns.
- Identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand the client base.
- Addressing and resolving client issues and complaints promptly to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
