Eligibility Criteria

  • Age (as on 31.03.2025): 22-30 years (20-28 for Junior Officer). Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, and up to 10 years for relevant work experience in capital markets/financial services.
  • Computer Proficiency: Mandatory for all posts.
  • Nationality: Indian citizens only.

Compensation

  • Deputy Manager: Pay scale ₹31,800-44,000; Approx. CTC ₹8.10 lakhs + incentives, gratuity, leave.
  • Assistant Manager: Pay scale ₹21,200-32,500; Approx. CTC ₹5.71 lakhs + incentives, gratuity, leave.
  • Junior Officer on Contract: Monthly ₹29,000-34,000; Approx. CTC ₹3.48 lakhs (excluding leave).

Selection Process

The selection process involves:

  • Shortlisting based on academic record, experience, and suitability.
  • Interview (tentative call letters by May 25, 2025).

Candidates must attend interviews at their own cost, except SC/ST candidates eligible for 2nd class train fare reimbursement. Final selection is based on interview performance, subject to eligibility verification.
