Candidates applying for the FLCC Counsellor position must meet the following eligibility criteria as of May 07, 2025:
- Age: Not more than 64 years, with sound health.
- Qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate degree from a UGC-recognized university.
- Experience: Retired bank officers (on superannuation or VRS) in Scale I, II, III, or above, preferably with a background in rural credit and branch exposure.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in the local language (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding) is essential. Knowledge of Hindi/English is an added advantage.
- Other Requirements:
- Integrity during bank service should not have been doubtful.
- Preferably a resident of the local area where the FLCC is located.
- Satisfactory service certificate from the previous employer is required.
- Right aptitude/flair for training and rural development activities.
Candidates applying for the RSETI Office Assistant position must meet the following eligibility criteria as of May 07, 2025:
- Age: Minimum 22 years, Maximum 40 years, subject to physical fitness.
- Qualification: Graduate (BSW/BA/B.Com) with computer knowledge. Knowledge in Basic Accounting is preferred.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel), Tally, and Internet.
- Typing skills in the local language are essential; English typing skills are an added advantage.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in spoken and written local language. Fluency in Hindi/English is an added qualification.
The terms and conditions for engagement as an FLCC Counsellor are as follows:
- Remuneration: Rs.18,000/- per month, subject to conducting a minimum of 8 outdoor camps per month. Additional allowances include Rs.500/- per month for telephone expenses (on declaration basis) and Rs.500/- per camp for conveyance (for a minimum of 8 camps).
- Contract Period: One year, with possible renewal at the bank’s discretion based on performance and policies. The contract can be terminated by either side with one month’s notice.
- Working Days: 6 days per week (except the second and fourth Sunday of the month).
- Job Role: Counsel the public on issues related to financial institutions, conduct outdoor camps, and oversee the overall functioning of FLCCs.
- Selection Process: Based on performance in the interview. The bank’s decision is final.
- Other Conditions:
- Application must be submitted in the bank’s prescribed format with an employer bank certificate.
- Candidates should not be attached to any other government/private organization on a permanent/temporary/contractual basis at the time of engagement.
- In case of disputes, the jurisdiction of Jamshedpur shall apply.
The terms and conditions for engagement as an RSETI Office Assistant are as follows:
- Remuneration: Consolidated salary of Rs.20,000/-, increasing by Rs.1,500/- annually up to Rs.27,500/-, based on satisfactory performance. Additional allowances include Rs.2,000/- per month for conveyance and Rs.300/- per month for mobile expenses (both on declaration basis, subject to minimum field visits).
- Contract Period: Three years, subject to annual review. Further renewal is possible based on satisfactory performance, with a retirement age of 60 years or the project period, whichever is earlier. The contract can be terminated by either side with one month’s notice.
- Leave: 12 days per calendar year, with a maximum of 4 days per occasion, subject to prior approval. No leave encashment or accumulation is allowed.
- Selection Process:
- Written Test: To assess General Knowledge and Computer capability.
- Personal Interview: To evaluate communication ability, leadership quality, attitude, problem-solving skills, and development approach. Only candidates qualifying in the written test will be called for the interview.
- Job Profile:
- Assist the Director and Faculty in the effective functioning of RSETI.
- Maintain cash book, general ledger, and vouchers (single entry bookkeeping).
- Update training data, MIS, and prepare monthly/periodic reports.
- Arrange logistics for training, including boarding and dormitory facilities.
- Manage candidate registration, attendance, and follow-up visits.
- Maintain fixed assets, inventory, and library books.
- Execute any additional tasks assigned by the Director and Faculty.
