IDBI Bank Recruitment 2025: 676 Junior Assistant Manager (JAM) Grade 'O' Vacancies – Apply Online

The recruitment process follows a strict timeline. Candidates must adhere to the following key dates:

  • Cut-off Date for Eligibility (Age & Education): May 01, 2025
  • Advertisement Date: May 07, 2025
  • Online Registration & Modification: May 08 – May 20, 2025
  • Payment of Application Fee: May 08 – May 20, 2025
  • Tentative Date of Online Test: June 08, 2025 (Sunday)

Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria as of May 01, 2025:

  • Age: Minimum 20 years, Maximum 25 years (born between May 2, 2000, and May 1, 2005, inclusive). Age relaxation is applicable as per government guidelines:
    • SC/ST: 5 years
    • OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
    • PwBD: 10 years
    • Ex-Servicemen: 5 years
    • Persons affected by 1984 riots: 5 years
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree with minimum 60% marks for General, EWS, and OBC candidates (55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates) from a recognized university approved by AICTE/UGC. Diploma courses do not qualify.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficiency in computers is mandatory.
  • Nationality: Candidates must be citizens of India, or subjects of Nepal, Bhutan, Tibetan refugees, or persons of Indian origin from specified countries, with a certificate of eligibility if required.

Candidates must provide original documents and photocopies for verification during the selection process. Percentage calculations should include all semesters/years and subjects, converted to percentage as per university rules.

The selection process comprises the following stages:

  • Online Test (OT): A 120-minute test with sectional timings, covering:

  • Personal Interview (PI): Candidates who qualify in the Online Test will be shortlisted for the PI. The PI assesses communication skills, banking knowledge, and suitability for the role.
  • Document Verification & Medical Examination: Shortlisted candidates must undergo document verification and a pre-recruitment medical test. Final selection is subject to medical fitness and satisfactory verification.

Merit List: The final merit list will be based on the combined scores of the Online Test and Personal Interview, subject to category-wise cut-offs.
