The National High Speed Rail Corporation Ltd. (NHSRCL), under the Ministry of Railways, invites applications for 4 posts of DGM/Sr. Manager/Manager (Finance) on a deputation basis. These positions are located in Vadodara, Surat, Vasai, and Mumbai, offering a prestigious opportunity for Group 'B' and senior subordinate officers of the Indian Railways Accounts Department to contribute to India's ambitious high-speed rail projects.

Candidates must belong to the Accounts Department of Indian Railways with the following qualifications:
- For DGM: Group 'B' Accounts Officers in Level 10 with a minimum of 8 years of Group 'B' service, possessing adequate experience in construction accounts, books, budget, and finance.
- For Sr. Manager: Group 'B' Accounts Officers in Level 10 with at least 5 years of experience in construction accounts, books, budget, and finance.
- For Manager: Senior Section Officer (Accounts) in Level 8/9 with at least 5 years of experience in construction accounts, books, budget, and finance.
Selected candidates will receive their parent pay plus deputation allowance as per NHSRCL guidelines. The deputation is for a period of 5 years, with possible extensions subject to exemptions from the immediate absorption rule beyond 31-12-2028.

Zonal Railways/PSUs must forward applications, along with vigilance/D&AR clearance and APARs of the last 5 years, to the Deputation Cell, Railway Board, at least 7 days before the closing date of 04-06-2025. The selection process involves reviewing applications, verifying vigilance/D&AR clearance, and evaluating APAR ratings for the last 5 years. Shortlisted candidates will undergo further assessment as per NHSRCL's recruitment procedures.
