Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must hold an MBA or equivalent in one of the following disciplines:
- Marketing Management
- Cooperative Management
- Agri-Business Management
- Rural Development Management
Essential Skills
Proficiency in computers is mandatory for this role.
Age Limit
Candidates should be between 21 and 30 years of age as of the application date.
Roles and Responsibilities
The selected Cooperative Intern will play a vital role in supporting the cooperative ecosystem. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating with Primary Agricultural Credit Societies (PACS) and other primary cooperatives to implement initiatives by the Ministry of Cooperation, Government of India.
- Assisting in resolving day-to-day issues related to computerization, business plans, project preparation, financing, and approvals.
- Preparing and sharing weekly status reports on the implementation of cooperative initiatives.
Remuneration and Benefits
The selected intern will receive a consolidated monthly remuneration of Rs. 25,000/-, reimbursed through the Cooperative Education Fund via NCDC. Additional benefits include:
- Travel Allowance (TA) and Daily Allowance (DA) as per bank norms, funded by the bank.
- 10 days of Casual Leave (CL) for the year. No other leaves will be granted, and additional leaves will be considered leave without remuneration.
