Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have a Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university. Additionally, they should possess:
- Adequate knowledge of operating computers in MS Office and Internet Usage.
- Knowledge of the local language of the state where the branch is located.
Age Limit
As of February 28, 2025:
- Minimum Age: 20 years (born not later than February 28, 2005)
- Maximum Age: 28 years (born not before February 28, 1997)
Selection Process
The selection process consists of two stages:
- Online Test: Comprising an Objective Test (2 hours) and a Descriptive Test (1 hour).
- Interview: Up to five times the number of vacancies will be called for the interview based on online test performance.

Application Process
Candidates can apply online only through the bank’s website from May 15, 2025, to June 14, 2025. Follow these steps:
- Visit https://www.apmaheshbank.com and click on “APPLY ONLINE”.
- Register by providing Name, Contact Details, and Email ID to receive a Provisional Registration Number and Password.
- Upload scanned copies of:
- Photograph (4.5 cm x 3.5 cm, 20-50 KB)
- Signature (10-20 KB)
- Left Thumb Impression (20-50 KB)
- Handwritten Declaration (50-100 KB, in English, stating: “I, [Name], hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true, and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”)
- Pay the application fee of Rs. 1,000/- (non-refundable) via Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking, IMPS, or Mobile Wallets.
- Save and verify details using the “SAVE AND NEXT” option, then click “COMPLETE REGISTRATION”.
- Take a printout of the e-Receipt and online application form.
Note: Ensure all uploaded documents are clear and meet the specified size and format requirements. Applications with unclear or incorrect uploads will be rejected.
Emoluments and Service Conditions
Selected candidates will receive a gross monthly emolument of approximately Rs. 22,600/- during the 1-year probation period. Upon satisfactory completion, candidates will be absorbed into the regular pay scale for Clerk-cum-Cashier. Selected candidates must provide a service bond to serve the bank for a minimum of 2 years, including the probation period.

Note: No requests for changing the examination center will be entertained.
