Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications and Age Limit
Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT):
- Qualifications:
- Graduate in the relevant subject with at least 50% marks and B.Ed. from an NCTE-recognized institution.
- OR Four-year B.A.Ed./B.Sc.Ed. from an NCTE-recognized institution.
- Medium Requirement: SSC medium must match the applied medium (not applicable for language subjects).
- Age Limit: Not exceeding 30 years (relaxable per Central Government guidelines).
Post Graduate Teacher (PGT):
- Qualifications:
- Post Graduate in the relevant subject with at least 50% marks and B.Ed. from an NCTE-recognized institution.
- OR Post Graduate with 50% marks and B.A.Ed./B.Sc.Ed. from an NCTE-recognized institution.
- Medium Requirement: Same as TGT.
