Site Engineer (Telecom)
- Qualification: Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Telecommunication or Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
- Experience:
- Minimum 7 years in OFC project execution and network management.
- At least 4 years in Operations & Maintenance (O&M) of fiber optic networks.
- Essential Skills:
- Preventive and corrective maintenance of OFC networks, including OTDR diagnostics and fusion splicing.
- Knowledge of fiber optic technology, signal propagation, and cable management.
- SLA/KPI management and performance optimization.
- Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with GIS, ABD, RFMS, OTDR, Power Meters, Fusion Splicers, VFL, and NMS environments.
- Proficiency in MS Office and network monitoring tools.
Junior Site Engineer (Telecom)
- Qualification: Full-time Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunication or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institute.

The selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Supervising the construction and O&M of BharatNet’s fiber optic infrastructure across multiple districts in Uttar Pradesh.

- Managing preventive and corrective maintenance using advanced tools like OTDR and fusion splicers.
