The towers, strategically positioned between pylons on two pile cap foundations, will rise to a height of 125 meters with shaft dimensions of 8.50 meters by 5.50 meters.

The upper levels will include two expansive floors with minimum dimensions of 22.50 meters by 17.80 meters, equipped with capsule lifts for panoramic ascents. Additional features include:

  • Viewing galleries and cafeterias for an immersive tourist experience.
  • A dedicated walkway bridge with a 7.50-meter carriage width on either side of the marine portion.
  • Parking facilities at both ends of the bridge for visitor convenience.
