National Institute of Technology Andhra Pradesh (NIT Andhra Pradesh) has released a notification (No. NITANP/ORGT/2024-25/Notification/XRD/01) inviting applications for the engagement of 01 Technical Associate (Highly Skilled Category) to operate the X-Ray Diffraction Unit (XRD) through a third-party outsourcing agency. Candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Essential: First-class M.Sc. degree in Physics, Chemistry, or Material Science.
- Desirable: At least two years of hands-on experience in operating an X-Ray Diffraction Unit (XRD), supported by an experience letter from the Supervisor/Head of the Institute/Organization detailing roles and responsibilities.
Selected candidates will be employed through a third-party outsourcing agency and will receive a salary of approximately Rs. 22,000/-, aligned with the minimum wages prescribed by the Ministry of Labour & Employment, GOI, for Tadepalligudem, with revisions as per government amendments. The engagement is for an initial period of 06 months, extendable every 06 months based on performance and institute requirements. Working hours are Monday to Saturday, 08 hours per day (in two sessions, morning and evening), with possible extra duties as needed.
