A major outcome of the meeting was the launch of the BRICS Startup Knowledge Hub on January 31, 2025, under the BRICS Start-Up Forum. This first-of-its-kind platform promotes cross-border collaboration among startups, facilitating knowledge sharing, technology transfer, and investment opportunities. India highlighted its thriving startup ecosystem, with over 1.25 lakh startups and 100+ unicorns, as a catalyst for innovation and industrial growth. The hub strengthens entrepreneurial networks, supporting sustainable development across BRICS nations.
India called for a tech-driven and inclusive industrial framework to address global challenges. The country advocated for eliminating restrictive trade measures and enhancing supply chain resilience.
