On 20th May, 2025, the Ministry of Earth Sciences (MoES), in collaboration with the Embassy of France and the Embassy of Costa Rica in India, hosted the 2nd Blue Talks at Prithvi Bhawan, New Delhi. This event served as a crucial milestone in preparation for the 3rd United Nations Ocean Conference (UNOC3), scheduled for June 9-13, 2025, in Nice, France, focusing on ocean conservation and sustainable use.
